Position Details
Term: 2 years (renewable—many of our board members serve multiple terms!)
Time Commitment: 4–6 hours per month, including monthly board meetings and meaningful committee work
Compensation: Volunteer position with meaningful impact and invaluable leadership experience
Who We're Looking For
We welcome candidates who demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to equitable student outcomes.
- Specific experience in one or more of the following is a plus: nonprofit governance, K-12 education, law, finance, fundraising, HR, facilities, or community engagement.
- A passion for equity, inclusion, and student success
- Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fresh perspectives and innovative thinking
- A genuine commitment to our school's mission and values
