Board Meetings

Public Board Meeting:  Feb. 4, 2026 at 6:00 pm

Meeting agenda will be posted three full business days prior to posted meeting time. Regular meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month at KAPS at 6pm. Tentative meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of each month at KAPS at 6pm. Exceptions are March, July, November, and December due to the school breaks, as well as special meetings called from time-to-time for special and/or deadline approvals needed by the board. 

For the 2025/2026 school year, regular meetings will be held on the following dates:

January 26, 2026;

February 23, 2026;

March 24, 2026;

April 27, 2026;

May 25, 2026.

Tentative meeting dates include:

January 12, 2026;

February 9, 2026;

March 9, 2026;

April 13, 2026;

May 11, 2026
